We focus on service of horizontal boring machines, especially the company TOS Varnsdorf. The company was founded in 1993 and since the beginning has been dealing with mechanical service of machine tools. SHBM-CNC performs regular inspections associated with adjusting the geometry of machines and their measuring systems, fault diagnosis, ordering defective and spare parts or groups of machines from TOS Varnsdorf, TOS Čelákovice, ZPS Tajmac Zlín and other domestic or foreign companies.
During repairs, we rely on many years of experience in the maintenance of Královopolská strojírna Brno machines and the service and installation of new and used machines from TOS Varnsdorf, ReTOS Varnsdorf, TOS Čelákovice, ZPS Zlín or Fermat in the Czech Republic and abroad.
We mediate the sale and purchase of used machines, we can ensure their disassembly, transport and installation, including repairs and modifications.
We also perform horizontal and vertical regrinding of spindles according to Morse and ISO standards.
Electronic repairs were added to the mechanical repairs. Therefore, we not only identify any defects, but also eliminate them in full range.
We repair and adjust ROKE drives (ZPA Děčín), IRO (ZPA Prešov), Rever and Formic (MEZ Brno). For control systems NS 250, NS260, NS361, NS471, NS670, we either perform repairs ourselves or provide them externally.

At the same time, we supply and install digital display units from SONY Magnescale, including their accessories, display units and rectangular positioners from ELBO (also suitable as a replacement for Anilam components).
